We visit Tel Aviv’s lively Carmel Market or Hativka Market to get an in-depth look at Israel's luscious seasonal fruits and veggies, herbs and spices, and learn about their amazing healthful properties.

Then, we’ll put on our aprons and begin a hands-on, three-hour cooking class where we’ll work together to prepare and enjoy a gourmet meal with the best of Israel’s olive oils, fresh herbs and produce.
